Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched psychotherapy tool and proven to be one of the most efficient therapeutic approaches in treating PTSD (Watts et al., 2013; World Health Organisation (WHO), 2013).

Proven to effectively help people recover from trauma and other distressing situations in life, as well as PTSD, EMDR can assist with phobias, depression, anxiety, addictions, accidents, traumatic relationships, heartbreak, childhood trauma, intrusive memories and thoughts as well as panic attacks.
